Customers are allowed to return or get refunds for products they have purchased within 5 days of delivery.
However, we offer returns and refunds in the following cases:
1. Damaged product received.
2. Different/Wrong Product Received.
3. Partial / Missing Product.
Note:
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The item must include all tags, receipts, and any accessories.
How to initiate a Return:
- Provide Details: Share the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return (damaged/different product, etc.)
- Clear photos and videos of the issue, including:
- Images of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Any other relevant information.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@anahatatelier.com, we’ll send you a return shipping label, Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For Valid Returns:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product passes inspection.
