Shipping & Delivery We provide free delivery throughout India except some regions which are not covered by our logistics partner(s). You can enter the pincode of the area where you want the product to be delivered to see delivery availability and estimated shipping time.
Order Cancellation
Customers are allowed to return or get refunds for products they have purchased within 5 days of delivery.
Packaging
It is of utmost importance for us to secure the products while in transit. We secure most of the goods with multilayer packaging involving bubble sheets, foam sheets & corrugated boxes. Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in cardboard tubes.

How do I place my order?
Anahat Atelier is a first and most importantly, a platform for the promotion of beautiful art. To help you prove authenticity, and for you to be able to sell in your artwork in the future, Anahat issues you with an authenticity certificate from the artist that looks like this, on the purchase of any art, of our partner artists.
Do I need to pay shipping charges?
NO
What about original fine art?
Our platform have all original paintings for sell online. We do have stock of original paintings in our Art Atelier Ahmedabad.
How do I place my custom order?
While browsing various category pages, click on artworks you like. You will be taken to the product page, where you can choose a ready size of click on "CUSTOMIZE" tab and choose your own size, frame, mount color, it's size etc. Add the product in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. On the your shopping cart page, when you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout", fill up your billing & shipping address, review your order details and proceed to make payment.
Do you accept totally different custom orders?
Yes! We love creating personalized art. Whether it’s a mural for a wall or a painting that matches your interior, we’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life. If you see a painting you love in our collection but want it in a different size, color palette, or with slight changes, we can customize it for you! Here’s how: Select the Painting – Choose the artwork you like from our ready collection. Contact Us – Message us on WhatsApp or through our [Contact Page] with the painting name and your customization request (e.g., size, colors, minor changes). Get a Quote – We’ll confirm the changes and send you a price estimate along with the delivery timeline. Confirm & Pay Advance – Once you’re happy with the details, a 50% advance is required to begin the work. Completion & Delivery – We’ll create your customized version and ship or deliver it as discussed. The remaining balance is due on completion. If you see a painting you love in our collection but want it in a different size, color palette, or with slight changes, we can customize it for you! How accurate is image colors,size shown and what I will get?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy and verify the sizes of all images on our Website. Please note that on different devices, laptops and computer screens the color shades of images are seen with small variations. With regards to the size, there may be small variations in mm in different medium in the finished products we try to give precise size.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major UPI, and you can pay Cash on Delivery (COD).
How does the commissioning work process?
Once you share your idea or space requirements, we discuss the concept, budget, and timeline. After finalizing the design, a 50% advance is required to start the work.
Do you collaborate with interior designers or architects?
Absolutely! We regularly work with designers and architects to deliver cohesive and stunning art solutions for their projects.
